We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted & unworn items if they are sent back to us within 14 days.

To make your return as painless as possible

• Print out the returns for and fill it in clearly with as much info as possible
• On the form let us know if you'd like to exchange or have a refund.
• Please pop the packing slip in with the return - you are welcome to keep any promotional cards.
• Keep in mind that we can only confirm that a refund will be given once we have received the return and checked it.

Once we get it back we will do our best to process the return and inform you within 7 days. You will be notified by a standard email - this may go to your spam so please check there before emailing us.

Please make sure items come back to us in the same condition they were sent to you or we won't be able to process your return. Ensure you don't wear deodorant or perfume or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on the clothes.

All returns should be posted back to us Recorded Delivery or with a postage method that has a tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages which do not make it back to us & will not process the return until we receive it.

FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders over £150!

UK orders are sent out with Parcel Force on their next day service at a flat rate of £6 (there is an option for free shipping when you spend over £150)

European orders are sent with Royal Mail's International Signed For service at a flat rate of £7.50.

Rest of the World orders are sent with Royal Mail's International Signed For service at a flat rate of £10.

Orders are sent as quickly as possible once we've confirmed payment. This is usually within 2 working days and almost always within 7 working days. We will inform you as soon as we know�if there are any problems or discrepancies which will affect the time it will take to post your order.

If you have placed a large order with us, your order might be sent to you in 2 or more parcels.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to overseas locations.

The delivery charge is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed. We only offer flat rates of shipping as we think this keeps things simple. We never make any money on shipping and always do our best to provide you with great service, quick turnaround times and well packaged orders.
