Our background is in designing 50s inspired clothing and accessories, but in
August 2008 we visited Frome and fell in love with this pretty
& quirky little town. Without nearly as much thought as you’d
expect we packed up our London life and moved down
within 3 months!
Deadly is the Female opened in late November 2008 and we launched
our website at the same time. Our focus from the very beginning
was to create a stylish space filled with everything feminine, glamorous flirty
and fun both on line and in store.
Perched at the top of the wonderful St Catherine area in Frome,
Somerset we are surrounded by beautiful vintage shops and
independent boutiques. The whole area has a great friendly and personal feel to it
and we hope to continue that experience in the shop.
We adore helping to pick out that special dress for any occasion
and are always on hand with a pair of heels and accessory
advice. We are passionate about helping you find what makes you feel
glamorous and working with you curves for a real knock out effect!

We are generally open Wednesday – Saturday from 11 – 5 (from 10 on Saturdays)
although check our latest News for any seasonal variations including Late Night Christmas
shopping & Sundays from 10 – 2 over the summer months for the Artisan Market.
