Ordering Once you are ready to order, please add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout following the instructions on the screen. We accept payment by credit or debit cards through Sage Pay or PayPal only. You do not need a credit or debit card for PayPal. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only. Xe.com is a great site for up to date guides to conversion rates but these may vary slightly from the rates used by your bank & we have no control over this. During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. We may refuse to accept an order if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment. Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice. All items are subject to stock availability. We do our very best to keep stock levels up to date but in the unlikely event that you order an out of stock item we will e mail you as quickly as possible. Before sending anything back to us you must notify of your intention to return any items, stating the reason why. Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods. PLEASE NOTE: All discounted sales are final. Items that are reduced are reduced to clear and are therefore not returnable unless faulty or damaged.
