Returns

Orders are sent as quickly as possible once we’ve confirmed payment. This is usually within 2 working days and almost always within 7 working days. We will inform you as soon as we know if there are any problems or discrepancies which will affect the time it will take to post your order.

If you have placed a large order with us, your order might be sent to you in 2 or more parcels.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to overseas locations.

Postal Options

The delivery charge is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed.

UK

UK destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Within the UK you have 2 options; Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. £4.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and this service requires a signature upon receipt.
  • Deliveries are usually made within 1 – 2 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Special Delivery. £7.50

  • Deliveries are guaranteed for the next business day after your order has been dispatched and this option gives you priority – we’ll do our very best to send it out by the next day.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and this service requires a signature upon receipt.

Remember…

  • If you are not in to accept delivery of your parcel Royal Mail will leave a card with further instruction.
  • Please try to ensure you re-arrange delivery or collect it yourself as we will have to charge you to re-send your order if it is returned to us.
  • We cannot ask the postman to leave your package in your shed, with your neighbour or anywhere other than with you. They will leave you a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card though, with details of how to get your hands on your goodies.

Europe

European Orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Signed For service

Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. £7.50

This should normally take between 5 and 10 working days from when your order was dispatched. It is an Airmail Service. There is only tracking until the package leaves the UK and will require a signature on delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control.
  • Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Rest of World

Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world! Outside of Europe orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Signed For service

Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. Rest of World. £10

This should normally take between 10 and 20 working days from when your order was dispatched. It is an Airmail Service. There is only tracking until the package leaves the UK and will require a signature on delivery.

Missing orders

We don’t often have orders which go missing but sadly it can happen. Often this happens when the post person forgets to leave a card and the order isn’t really lost at all.
The best first step is to e mail us at info@DeadlyistheFemale.com with your order number. We can then send you your tracking number. This normally solves the problem.
Please wait 28 days before really panicking; we’ve not totally lost a package yet!

Returns

All items are checked before dispatch.

In the unlikely event your item is damaged or incorrect please e mail us with the details and reasons why you would like a refund at info@DeadlyistheFemale.com

To make your return as painless as possible…

Before returning any orders please e mail us at info@DeadlyistheFemale.com and let us know to expect the return, the reason for it and if you’d like to exchange, get credit or have a refund. Please pop your invoice in with the return or if you don’t have it just add a note with your order details including your name, shipping address and payment method. Keep in mind that we can only confirm that a refund will be given once we have received the return and checked it. Once we get it back we will do our best to process the return and inform you within 7 days.
Please make sure items come back to us in the same condition they were sent to you or we won’t be able to process your return. Ensure you don’t wear deodorant or perfume or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on the clothes.   All returns should be posted back to us Recorded Delivery or with a postage method that has a tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages which do not make it back to us & will not process the return until we receive it.

PLEASE NOTE: We must be notified of the return in writing before it is sent back and we can only process returns if they come back to us within 7 days, in the condition they were sent out in.

We will normally process returns within 7 days of receiving them.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
