These terms and conditions apply to the use of DeadlyistheFemale.com
and DeadlyistheFemale.co.uk and by using either, you agree to
the Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at
any time without prior notice and urge you to check
them carefully before you make a purchase. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
Ordering
Once you are ready to order, please add the items
of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout
following the instructions on the screen.
We accept payment by credit or debit cards through Sage Pay
or PayPal only. You do not need a credit or debit
card for PayPal. We do not accept cheques or postal
orders.† All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only.
Xe.com is a great site for up to date guides
to conversion rates but these may vary slightly from the
rates used by your bank & we have no control
over this.
During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity
to check your order and correct any errors. We will
send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products
you have ordered.
We may refuse to accept an order if we cannot
obtain authorisation for your payment.
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject
to change at any time without notice.
All items are subject to stock availability. We do our
very best to keep stock levels up to date but
in the unlikely event that you order an out of
stock item we will e mail you as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Returns

Before sending anything back to us you must notify of your
intention to return any items, stating the reason why. You can
do this at info@deadlyisthefemale.com
We must receive the returned items in the condition you
received them in and within 7 days.
Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be
limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
PLEASE NOTE: All discounted sales are final. Items that are
reduced are reduced to clear and are therefore not returnable
unless faulty or damaged.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos and copy on this site remain the property
of the owners. Any unauthorised use of material on this site
is strictly prohibited.
Use of images, text or branding may be used by bloggers,
magazines and other websites only if an active working link
